A recreation of the protests of black lives matter a very important cause indeed!
My favorite part about my room is my desk,
every item has a special memory attached to it
A little something I drew up last semester, it was inspired by a lava lamp from my friend's room.

                           The age old question:
"Should I watch more Netflix or
                           do my homework?"
I think it's pretty obvious in her case

Spotted a very happy young lad descending from the tops of the
                                                              Woodward rock wall

Beware the Never Ending Hallways of Courtney Hall.
Not all who walk these halls escape to tell the tale...
Out of order again?!? it's not really that surprising when you share the machines with people who have never done their own laundry before!

ROCK ON!!!

Rock climbing at Woodward, I honestly didn't think I'd make it to the top, tank god for ropes and harnesses!

Enjoying the view from the top! It's a good thing I'm not afraid of heights!

A business that I think has a good reputation for public relations is Domino’s pizza. I remember doing an exercise in my Mass Communications class, each group had to pick a business that went through a rough patch in their career. My group chose Domino’s and the problem they had was some of their employees were doing disgusting things with their toppings and it was caught on camera and leaked onto the internet. My group came up with the solution to have a website that allows customers to watch their order being made if they choose to do so. Apparently this was a good idea because that's what dominoes actually did, along with being able tweet and text Dominos. You can text dominos a pizza emoji and they will prepare you a pizza which I think is really cool. I think Domino’s has come a long way in the marketing aspect, they are more modernized than most pizza places and I think that appeals to people in our generation who like to text better than call. I have also seen a lot of texts between Domino’s and their customers, on sites like Instagram that are really funny, I think that is good for their image because it shows that they aren't too serious, they know how to take a joke and that also appeals to customers. I personally have ordered many pizzas from Domino’s, they have a good website that lets you track the pizza, so you know how long it will take for the pizza to be prepared and how long it will take to arrive. You can even text the delivery person and let them know where to bring the delivery. This one man texted his delivery person telling them to bring the pizza to his room because he was too hung over to get out of his bed. I think Domino’s is really stepping their game up in the marketing aspect, they appeal to the tech savvy people, if only their pizza tasted better! After reading the "Falling in love 2.0" article it has become clear that marketing is evolving. The author Danny Meadows Klue describes the previous relationship between consumers and marketers as a parent child like relationship, where the marketers tell us what we should have and we don't question it, but now that marketing has switched gears and moved to the world wide web the relationship has changed. The consumers have more power, we can question what the marketers are trying to sell us and connect with other consumers about their thoughts encouraging consumers to join in the conversation. A successful brand is one that focuses heavily on the product and can stir up a lot of conversation between consumers. Brands like iTunes, apple and Dyson have really hit the nail on the head with this one. Other sites like Amazon have features that give you suggestions based off what other people have searched, this feature is an example of a near frictionless media channel. This is because things flow easily you can navigate from one thing to another effortlessly. I think marketing on the internet is a good thing because it gives the consumer more power and it creates a connection with the consumer and the producer also known as relationship marketing. It allows us to give them feed back so that they can adapt to our needs. It al so created a stronger bond with the producer and the clientele because when they listen to what we the consumers have to say we don't feel like just a wallet for them to take money from we feel like real people who is important to the company. Another thing I like about marketing on the internet is that you only see it when you choose to, meaning that you can decide when you want to involve yourself in it just by simply going on the internet.
